Job summary

Seattle YMCA in Washington is seeking a part-time Dishwasher to support the Food Services Director at our seasonal camp. You will help with food preparation, wash dishes, and keep the kitchen and lodge clean, working with the kitchen team to deliver meals in a well-organized environment.

Qualifications

• Position requires Current Washington State Food Handlers Card.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to understand and communicate basic directions verbally in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Food Services Director as needed.
• Follow all Food and Safety Regulations.
• Wash dishes.
• Clean pots and pans.
• Perform general cleaning of kitchen and lodge.
• Complete daily preparation as assigned.
• Attend kitchen staff meetings.
