Job summary

The Irmo Chapin Recreation Commission is seeking enthusiastic, dependable part-time staff for its Afterschool / Summer Safari camp. This employee transports patrons in an agency bus, maintaining a current CDL license and following all safety policies and reporting vehicle conditions and incidents to management.

Shifts include summer Mon-Fri 9:00am–4:00pm and afterschool Mon-Fri 2:00–4:00pm, with early release days 11:00am–1:00pm.

Qualifications

• Current CDL license required.
• Ability to transport patrons in a safe and orderly manner.

Responsibilities

• Transport patrons in an agency bus safely and orderly.
• Maintain a current CDL license and adhere to all safety regulations.
• Submit vehicle condition and incident reports to management.
• Shift availability: Afterschool/ Summer Safari camp, Mon-Fri, 9:00am–4:00pm or afteclass 2:00–4:00pm, early release 11:00am–1:00pm days.
