Job summary

CNWL NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a part-time Locum Consultant Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to work within the Hillingdon CAMHS Learning Disabilities service. The role focuses on psychiatric consultation, assessment and treatment for children with learning disabilities, with strong MDT collaboration and opportunities for teaching and research.

Qualifications

• Medical qualification with GMC registration.
• Specialist CAMHS training or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading MDT assessments and service development.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric consultation, assessment and treatment within the Learning Disabilities team.
• Contribute clinical leadership and develop the LD pathway.
• Collaborate with paediatricians, schools, Children’s Services and allied health professionals.
