Qualifications

• Experienced psychologist with CAMHS expertise.
• Specialist knowledge of learning disabilities and neuro-developmental conditions in children and young people.
• Ability to provide clinical supervision to other staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide cognitive and adaptive behaviour assessments and neurodevelopmental assessments.
• Deliver Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) interventions to young people and advise schools.
• Formulate and implement plans with shared decision making for intervention and management of mental health issues.
• Offer clinical supervision and appraisal of identified clinical staff.
• Support induction of new staff and trainees.
• Undertake risk assessment and contribute to risk management.
