The Centers for Habilitation (TCH) is seeking a Food Service Supervisor for the substitute contract at the Phoenix National Guard facility. The role covers overseeing cafeteria operations, supervising staff, food prep, facility cleanliness, cash handling and equipment maintenance.

Candidates must have 4 years of related experience, 1 year of supervisory experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and a valid AZ driver’s license with a clean driving record; the position requires passing a

• 4 years of related work experience in a large-volume cafeteria setting.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED; valid AZ driver's license and a 39-month clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cafeteria operations and supervise personnel.
• Direct food preparation, facility cleanliness, cash handling and equipment maintenance.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background checks to gain access to the Phoenix National Guard facility.
• Ensure compliance with facility access requirements (Real ID) and safety standards.
