Responsibilities

• Uses recipes to prepare food for service.
• Operates equipment such as slicer, grinder, mixer, can opener, dishwasher, stove, oven, steamer, and more.
• Serves meals with proper utensils and portion sizes.
• Follows food safety guidelines and FIFO procedures.
• Maintains a clean work area and assists in daily facility cleaning.
• Assists in cleaning cafeteria tables and chairs between meals.
• Supports food service operations with additional duties as assigned.
