Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and related experience.
• Must successfully pass credit check.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and/or package food items; assemble ingredients and heat or wrap items per procedures.
• Maintain clean and sanitary facilities and equipment per HACCP standards; operate dish washers as assigned.
• Prepare entrees, fruits, vegetables, sandwiches, and desserts for distribution; monitor proper food temperatures.
• Assist with receipt, storage, and rotation of food items; help with inventory as directed.
• Safely operate standard food service equipment and keep routine records of activities.
• Promote FWCS Schools of Success and its core competencies in daily work.
