Mattel's American Girl Dallas retail store and Café are seeking a dynamic Part-Time Server to deliver food and beverages and provide an outstanding dining experience to our Café guests. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have excellent communication skills, and handle guest requests graciously, we want to hear from you.

Qualifications include ServSafe certification (preferred), 1–2 years in a high-volume or fine dining setting, and experience with restaurant POS systems.

Qualifications

• ServSafe certification is preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in a high-volume and/or fine dining restaurant is preferred.
• Banquet or catering experience is a plus.
• Experience working with children is preferred.
• Familiarity with restaurant POS systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and inform them of food and beverage options.
• Demonstrate knowledge of menu items and ingredients; suggest items for allergies.
• Address customer concerns professionally and timely.
• Execute food and beverage service, upsell, and manage table checks.
• Follow local health sanitation guidelines and support a cooperative team environment.
