Arrowhead Golf Club in Wheaton, IL is seeking a part-time Restaurant Busser/Runner to support efficient delivery of plated items and maintain clean dining areas. The role emphasizes a service-oriented attitude, English communication, and flexibility to adapt to busy periods.

Responsibilities include assisting kitchen and servers, bussing tables, and helping bartenders as needed. Must obtain ServSafe and CPR/AED within 3 months. Hours are 20–28 per week, with varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have a service-oriented personality and communicate effectively in English using verbal, written, and listening skills.
• Must be flexible to change and able to adapt to busy dining room conditions.
• Must hold or be able to obtain ServSafe Food Handler’s Certificate and CPR/AED within 3 months of employment.

Responsabilités

• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts with a professional appearance.
• Provide exceptional customer service to Arrowhead guests.
• Be familiar with the Arrowhead facility.
• Clean up spilled food, drink, and broken dishes.
• Carry dirty dishes from tables to the kitchen and place items in the dishwashing area.
• Wipe dining tables and reset for the next guests.
• Assist kitchen line cooks in assembling plated items.
• Assist servers in delivering food and in pre-bussing and refilling drinks.
• Assist bartenders with stocking, washing dishes, pre-bussing, and trash removal.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area to prevent contamination.
• Provide high quality service to both internal and external customers.
