Job summary

Canyon Ranch is seeking a part-time busser to join our dining team. The role supports servers and ensures a polished dining presentation across all service areas, including dishware, linens, and beverage stations.

The ideal candidate works a flexible schedule, including Fridays, Saturdays, and other shift times, and can lift up to 25 lbs while maintaining Canyon Ranch standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Part Time availability and 20 hours per week.
• Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, and specified shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Positive, outgoing attitude to contribute to a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests are seated with polished silver, sparkling glassware, and crisp linens, contributing to a memorable dining experience.
• Clear and reset tables promptly, transport dirty tableware to the dishwashing area, and assist servers between courses.
• Maintain service stations by keeping silverware, linens, condiments, salad bars, and beverage bars fully stocked and clean.
• Set up and maintain specialty beverage bars, including mocktail stations and room service areas where applicable.
• Perform general cleaning tasks, including unexpected spills and special guest requests, to maintain health standards and guest satisfaction.
• Complete all side work assigned to bussers, following detailed work charts to ensure smooth dining operations.
