• Master’s degree in business management or business administration with 18 graduate semester/27 graduate quarter hours in Business Management.
• Master’s degree in a related field with 18 graduate semester/27 graduate quarter hours in Business Management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Responsibilities

• Delivers instructional programs and prepares lesson plans for Business Management.
• Evaluates student progress toward goals and student learning outcomes.
• Assists with recruitment, retention, and program marketing activities.
• Delivers day, evening, night, and online instruction as required.
• Ensures syllabi, lesson plans, tests, and course work are consistent.
• Manages program supplies, equipment, and facilities.
• Assists with design and execution of events or projects as requested.
• Demonstrates reliability and professional behavior within the college structure.
