Job summary

Lone Star College-CyFair is seeking adjunct faculty to teach Business Management courses at various times and locations. You will design engaging lessons, follow the college syllabus, and support student learning across multiple sections.

Responsibilities include submitting reports, advising students, evaluating progress, and maintaining professional relationships with students and colleagues. This part-time, on-site role requires flexible availability and a commitment to academic excellence.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business administration or management.
• 3 years non-teaching work experience in the field.
• Experience teaching or coordinating adjunct courses is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Teaches Business Management courses at a variety of times and locations.
• Creates engaging lessons that promote student involvement and application of the material.
• Submits required college reports and forms in a timely manner.
• Utilizes a course syllabus for each course, following established institutional guidelines.
• Meets with and advises students either before or after class or by appointment.
• Evaluates students to measure their progress in achieving course objectives.
• Maintains professional relationships with students, colleagues, and the community.
• Attends meetings and trainings as required.
