Job summary

Lone Star College-Conroe Center seeks an adjunct faculty member to teach Business Administration courses. Primary responsibilities include planning, developing and delivering courses to support student learning across multiple times and locations.

The role requires a Master's degree in management/business (or equivalent) and a strong commitment to student success, inclusion, and academic excellence. The position offers part-time teaching assignments with evening and weekend options.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in management/business/ administration or a Master's with 18 graduate hours in management/business.
• Strong ability to lead classes and facilitate student engagement.
• Commitment to academic excellence and service to students.

Responsibilities

• Teaches Business Administration courses at various times and locations.
• Creates engaging lessons that promote student involvement and application of the material.
• Submits required college reports and forms in a timely manner.
• Utilizes a course syllabus and follows institutional guidelines.
• Meets with and advises students by appointment or electronically.
• Evaluates student progress and communicates feedback promptly.
• Maintains professional relationships with students, colleagues, and the community.
• Attends meetings, trainings, and orientations as required.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
