Transdev North America in Ohio is seeking a Driver/Operator to join our bus operations in Miami County. This role emphasizes safe, reliable transportation, strong customer service, and professional conduct across multiple shifts.

You will perform pre-trip inspections, follow routes, assist passengers, and comply with DOT and company policies. This part-time position offers paid training with opportunities for growth within a national mobility provider.

Qualifications

• 21 years or older.
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional).
• Excellent communication & customer service skills.
• Availability to work: day, evening, weekend and overnight shifts as assigned.
• Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.

Responsibilities

• Safety-Focused Operations: Execute routes and schedules following safety protocols and traffic regulations.
• Passenger Care: assist passengers, ensure smooth boarding and disembarkation.
• Vehicle Vigilance: perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report issues.
• Adherence to Protocols: follow company policies including seat belt enforcement and emergency readiness.
• Other duties as required
