Job summary

Regional Transit Service (RTS) is seeking a WayneBus Driver for a part-time role in Lyons, NY. You will operate a bus on designated routes, follow schedules, and assist riders with boarding and exiting as needed.

Requirements include a valid NY CDL with passenger endorsement, a clean driving record and at least 5 years of Class D driving experience, plus strong customer service skills. Paid training is provided, and the hourly rate is $20.25.

Qualifications

• Valid NY State CDL with passenger endorsement; Class A/B/C.
• Clean driving record; minimum 5 years regular Class D driving.
• Excellent customer service; post-offer 19A physical.

Responsibilities

• Operate a bus to transport customers on designated routes.
• Assist customers with boarding and exiting the vehicle.
• Complete trip logs and report vehicle malfunctions.
• Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections; paid training provided.
