The City of Minot is accepting applications for a Part Time Bus Driver position in Transit Department.This position is open to all qualified internal and external applicants and will remain open until filled.
Nature of Work
This is semi-skilled work operating passenger buses of various sizes to provide safe and efficient transportation services to citizens. Work is performed under the continuing supervision of the Transit Operations Foreman.

Veteran’s preference: Applicants who are residents of North Dakota and eligible to claim veteran’s preference must include Form DD214. Claims for disabled veteran’s preferences must also include Form DD214 and a letter less than one year old from the Department of Veterans Affairs indicating disability; claims for preference as the eligible spouse of a disabled or deceased veteran must include Form DD214, a marriage certificate, and a letter less than one year old from Dept. of Veteran’s Affairs indicating disability, or the veteran’s death certificate. Failure to provide complete and timely documentation will result in denial of Veterans’ Preference.
