Job summary

City of Minot in Minot, ND is seeking a Part-Time Bus Driver to operate passenger buses and provide safe, reliable transportation for residents. The role reports to the Transit Department and is open to internal and external applicants until filled.

Qualified applicants will have a high school diploma or GED and some bus operation experience; a North Dakota CDL Class B with passenger endorsement is preferred but not required. This position is part-time with no benefits.

Qualifications

• Some experience operating buses or similar vehicles.
• CDL Class B with passenger and air brake endorsements preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate passenger buses to provide safe and efficient transportation.
• Perform pre-trip inspections and report any safety issues.
• Assist riders and maintain orderly conduct onboard.
