The City of Dearborn Career Opportunities seeks a Part-Time Building Supervisor for the Ford Community and Performing Arts Center in Dearborn, MI. The role supports the Manager on Duty with daily center operations, guest services, classes and events.

The Building Supervisor reports to the Center’s Enforcement Officer and helps enforce policies. The center operates seven days a week from early morning to late evening.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior security-related public contact experience preferred.
• Knowledge of computer business applications.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff, programs, activities, and day-to-day operations.
• Assists with security and enforcement duties.
• Learn and assist at the registration software as needed.
• Oversees facilities and grounds and ensures cleanliness.
• Monitors and responds to disruptive activities and incidents.
• Provides tours and assists with room setups as needed.
