Programmed Cleaning Inc. is seeking a part-time, 2nd shift team member in Madison, WI. The role combines cleaning duties with building supervision and inspection at the NGL building, with tasks split roughly 50/50 between cleaning and oversight.

The position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, stand and walk for long periods, and lift up to 25 lbs. with occasional 50 lbs. readiness. Bilinguals are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Stand and walk throughout the shift while performing duties.
• Frequently bend, lift, carry, reach and extend arms over shoulder level.
• Regularly lift, push, pull and carry up to 25 lbs., occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills preferred.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Safely handle cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Responsabilités

• Perform cleaning duties, which will account for approximately 50% of the position.
• Conduct daily inspections and supervise building operations to ensure all tasks are completed properly.
• Assist the District Manager with daily operations and support the training of new employees on their specific job duties and safe work procedures.
• Monitor and maintain inventory, including cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Walk through the building to inspect supply closets, vacuums, chemicals, and other cleaning equipment.
• Report incomplete tasks, maintenance concerns, or other issues to the District Manager.
• Operate a push floor scrubber, which is easy to use.
• Lower and fold the flag each evening as part of the regular routine. This task requires stepping a few meters outside the building.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
