Job summary

Marsden Services is seeking a Part-Time Maintenance Technician to handle basic repairs, preventative maintenance, and on-call services for building systems. The role requires effective communication with residents and staff and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 9 am–3 pm, and the candidate should be able to manage multiple work orders, prioritize tasks, and maintain safety standards across sites.
