Bevara Building Services, located in Plano, TX, is seeking a dedicated Building Engineer for a part-time role of 16 hours per week (8 hours on Tuesdays and 8 hours on Thursdays) at our commercial property. You will maintain building systems, ensure safety, and coordinate with vendors to complete tasks.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular assessments of building systems.
• Perform minor repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Respond to service requests for interior and exterior building equipment.
• Manage work order requests related to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire systems.
• Oversee vendor check-in/out and document completed work.
• Assist with fire panel and extinguisher inspections.
• Uphold safety standards on site.
• Represent the company professionally.
