Job summary

Sentral Services Llc is seeking a PART-TIME Maintenance Technician/Engineer to manage day-to-day maintenance across commercial properties in Suffolk, VA. The role requires hands-on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing tasks, with on-call duties after hours and weekends.

Responsibilities include preventative inspections, completing work orders, basic grounds, drywall, painting, and operating a work order system from phone or computer. A high school diploma is required and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Commercial maintenance to monitor and review contractors.
• Able to use work order system on phone and computer; keep time records.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily preventative maintenance inspections.
• Complete assigned work orders promptly.
• Handle grounds work, drywall repairs, painting, basic plumbing, lighting, and electrical tasks.
• Carry out HVAC maintenance and filter changes.
• Manage stock inventory of basic maintenance parts and supplies.
