Job summary

Nature's of Garden City is hiring a Part Time Budtender to join our team in a fast paced cannabis retail setting in Colorado. You will engage with customers, answer questions, make product recommendations, stock sales floor and handle cash with integrity.

This role offers flexible scheduling, typically 25 hours or fewer per week, with pay of $15.16 per hour plus tips. Knowledge of cannabis products is a plus, but we provide in-house training.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Colorado cannabis industry badge to work.
• Customer facing role requires reliability.
• Experience in retail or service industry preferred.
• Friendly, positive attitude and strong communication.
• General knowledge of cannabis products is a plus.
• Willingness to learn industry rules.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, answering questions and making suggestions on different products to purchase.
• Provide a high level of customer service to all our customers.
• Stock products on the sales floor.
• Handle cash with accuracy and integrity.
• Follow all the rules and regulations set up by the organization and the Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED).
