True to our name, we’re here for the bride with big ideas, bigger passion, and unlimited inspiration. The bride seeking a gown that makes a statement and celebrates their true self. Abandoning all thought of a predictable, one-size-fits-all dress boutique, we embrace the spirit of our local brides with a curated selection of styles that help celebrate their love story. We are looking for a part-time Bridal Concierge to join our busy team!

Responsibilities

1. Greet guests and provide exceptional hospitality from the moment they arrive.
2. Assist with bridal appointments, including scheduling, fitting room setup, and gown support.
3. Support operational tasks such as gown prep, inventory management, store merchandising, and event assistance.
4. Help create a welcoming environment and ensure store standards are maintained.
5. Participate in organizing in-store events, bridal fairs, and promotions.
6. Represent the store professionally and provide consultative assistance to customers.

What We Require

• Weekend availability is required.
• Excellent communication skills, professional and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to build relationships and resolve issues efficiently.
• Quick learner with a keen interest in bridal industry trends.
• Physical ability to move around the store, lift up to 25lbs, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
• Attention to detail and a fashion-forward appearance.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to self-manage.
• Team player with a strong work ethic and multitasking ability.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• 1-2 years sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma required; undergraduate degree preferred, especially in business or apparel studies.
