True Society welcomes a part-time Bridal Concierge to join our Kansas City area team. You will greet guests, manage appointments, and assist with gown prep and store operations from the front desk, delivering a premier bridal experience.

This role emphasizes weekend availability, strong communication, and relationship-building with clients. You will help maintain store standards, support events, and represent the designer labels with a professional, fashion-forward appearance.

Qualifications

• Weekend availability is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional and friendly.
• Ability to build relationships with customers and solve problems quickly.
• Develop strong product knowledge of bridal industry and trends.
• Physical ability to move throughout the store, lift up to 25lbs, kneel and stand for extended periods.
• Detail oriented with fashion-forward, professional appearance.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to self-manage to meet deadlines.
• Be a team player with a strong work ethic and ability to multitask.
• Adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.
• 1–2 years sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma required; undergraduate degree preferred (business or apparel).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the front desk and provide premier hospitality.
• Assist in creating and managing bridal appointments and completing sales.
• Prepare gowns for pickup, including steaming and packaging.
• Clear fitting rooms, reorganize gowns, and support ongoing appointments.
• Maintain store standards with a clean, organized environment.
• Provide professional, consultative customer service.
• Support in-store events, bridal fairs, and promotions.
• Represent the store and designer labels in a polished manner.
