Job summary

Holiday Inn Express St Albans, part of Colwen Hotels, is seeking a friendly Part Time Breakfast Attendant to join our Food and Beverage team. You’ll help set up and break down the breakfast buffet, maintain a clean dining area, and deliver attentive guest service.

The role requires early mornings and weekend availability. Previous food and beverage experience is preferred, and you’ll work with a team to ensure menu items are stocked and standards met.

Qualifications

• Previous Food & Beverage experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Basic understanding of sanitation and workplace safety regulations
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently

Responsibilities

• Prep food offerings and set up the breakfast service area

• Answer questions regarding the menu and maintain knowledge of items
• Deliver food, beverages and other requested items
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, dining and guest areas
• Adhere to brand standards and safety regulations
