Job summary

Holiday Inn Express St Albans, part of Colwen Hotels, is hiring a Part Time Breakfast Attendant to join the Food and Beverage team. You will handle setup and breakdown of the breakfast buffet, maintain the dining area, ensure food availability, and deliver exceptional guest service.

Flexible schedule required including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. Responsibilities include assisting guests, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to safety and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Previous Food & Beverage experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Basic sanitation knowledge and safety regulations.
• Knowledge of food handling techniques and cooking procedures is a plus.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Team player with reliable attendance.
• Willingness to work early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prep breakfast offerings and set up food service area.
• Greet guests warmly and use guest name when possible.
• Answer questions about the menu.
• Maintain knowledge of all food items and upkeep of dining area.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and HAACP guidelines.
• Deliver food, beverages and condiments as requested.
• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of dining and kitchen areas.
• Support hotel brand standards and guest services.
