Job summary

Holiday Inn Express St Albans is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to join our Food and Beverage team. The role focuses on breakfast setup, maintaining the dining area, ensuring food is available, and delivering exceptional guest service.

Prior Food & Beverage or guest-facing experience is preferred. You will work with a friendly team, uphold safety standards, and provide outstanding hospitality to guests at our hotel.

Qualifications

• Experience in Food & Beverage or guest-facing service preferred.
• Able to communicate clearly and greet guests warmly.
• Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down the breakfast buffet and dining area.
• Greet guests, answer questions about the menu, and provide friendly service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and guest areas.
• Assist with food and beverage service and restocking as needed.
• Follow Colwen and brand standards and safety guidelines.
