Job Duties and Responsibilities

1. Greet and interact professionally and friendly with guests.
2. Stock and serve breakfast, accommodating special needs and requests.
3. Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction.
4. Perform opening and closing duties, including restocking and cleaning in lobby, kitchen, and pantry areas.
5. Maintain cleanliness standards to ensure a presentable and attractive facility.
6. Refresh tables with condiments as needed.
7. Assist other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.
8. Maintain a professional image to guests and staff.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.
