Candidates should have expertise across the brass family, including trumpet, horn, trombone, euphonium, and tuba, with professional-level performance on at least one brass instrument.

Qualifications

• Teaching Brass Methods to music education majors.
• Applied brass instruction for majors/minors.
• Prepare students for juries/recitals and degree requirements.
• Develop syllabi, repertoire, and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Teach Brass Methods for music education majors.
• Provide applied brass instruction for students including non-majors.
• Prepare students for juries, recitals, and degree requirements.
• Develop syllabi, repertoire, and assessments.
• Provide timely feedback and grading using LMS.
