Carter's is seeking a Part Time Sales Manager to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You will greet customers, explain product styles and benefits, and lead a team to deliver an exceptional omni-channel experience.

Qualifications

• Responsible for providing excellent customer service and product knowledge.
• Able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers and team members.
• Proficient with common office tools and basic computer tasks (Outlook, Excel).

Responsabilités

• Become a product and brand expert of Carter's brands to help families navigate every moment from preemie to size 14.
• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Maintain a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for employees and customers.
• Lead and execute an assigned business focus area through planning and detailed follow through.
• Perform Leader on Duty supervisor responsibilities by driving results and addressing customer concerns promptly.
