As a Part Time Sales Manager, you’ll be the first face of the brand for growing families, congratulate new parents and grandparents, and help prep for the first day of school.

Qualificações

• A high school diploma or GED.
• Lift 40 pounds as needed.
• Stand or walk for extended periods and climb ladders.
• Provide availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Become a product and brand expert of our brands to help families navigate every moment from preemie to size 14.
• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Maintain a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for employees and customers.
• Lead and coach others to success and drive omni-channel service standards.
• Support store team with asset protection and operations controls.
• Drive results through planning and timely follow-through.
