Job summary

Carter’s Inc. is seeking a Part Time Sales Manager who will be the first face of the brand for growing families. You’ll greet new parents and grandparents, introduce baby essentials, and help prepare for school milestones.

You will foster an inclusive environment and coach a team to deliver exceptional service. You’ll lead a brand-forward sales floor, balance schedules with life needs, and drive results while maintaining a customer-centric omni-channel experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Become a product and brand expert to help families navigate moments from preemie to size 14.
• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and explain product styles, features, and benefits.
• Maintain a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
• Lead and execute an assigned business focus area with planning and follow-through.
• Perform Leader on Duty responsibilities by driving results and resolving concerns.
• Build customer loyalty through company programs like credit.
