Carter’s is seeking a Part Time Sales Manager to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You will guide customers through baby and children’s apparel, showcasing product styles and benefits while maintaining an inviting store environment.

As a leader on the sales floor, you’ll coach teammates, execute a business focus area, and respond promptly to customer concerns. This role requires flexibility for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Positive, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Proficient computer and technology skills (Outlook, Excel, Web navigation, etc.).
• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Become a product and brand expert of Carter’s brands.
• Maintain a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
• Lead and coach others to success in assigned business focus area.
• Perform Leader on Duty duties by driving results and addressing customer concerns.
• Build customer loyalty through company programs, including credit.
