This role emphasizes product knowledge, exceptional service, and the ability to coach peers, balance responsibilities, and maintain store standards in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Become a product and brand expert of Carter's family of brands.
• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist with product choices.
• Maintain a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for employees and customers.
• Model service standards and omni-channel experience while coaching others.
• Lead and execute an assigned business focus area through planning and follow-through.
• Perform Leader on Duty supervisor responsibilities and respond to customer concerns promptly.
• Use customer feedback to identify opportunities and implement improvements.
• Build customer loyalty through Carter's-sponsored programs, including credit.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback to store team and address performance concerns with the Store Manager.
• Support store team with Asset Protection through safety and operational controls.
