Job summary

Carter's is seeking a Part Time Sales Manager in Athens, GA. You’ll be the first face of the brand for growing families, helping parents and grandparents with our baby essentials and school-ready lines.

You’ll lead a small team, coach on product knowledge, and ensure excellent customer service across channels. Responsibilities include welcoming customers, driving sales in your focus area, and using feedback to improve results.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Become a product and brand expert of Carter's brands to help families navigate moments from preemie to size 14.
• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Maintain a genuine customer focus on the sales floor and foster an inclusive environment.
• Lead and execute an assigned business focus area with planning and follow-through.
• Perform Leader on Duty duties by driving results and resolving customer concerns promptly and appropriately.
• Build customer loyalty through Carter's credit programs and brand initiatives.
