Job summary

LEGO Brand Retail is seeking a part-time Supervisor in the Potomac Mills area to lead a high-performing team and deliver inspirational retail experiences. You will train Sales Associates on visual merchandising, manage scheduling, and ensure excellent customer service and brand standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a specialty retail store environment preferred.
• Delivery of Employee training and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Assist ASM and SM with holiday, attendance, and team scheduling.
• Supervise Sales Associates during shifts and resolve issues per LEGO policy.
• Process store orders for supplies within budget guidelines.
• Ensure money handling procedures are followed by staff.
• Maintain an organized stockroom and merchandise products on floor.
• Support merchandise presentation to meet store guidelines.
