You’ll help first-time parents and grandparents, introduce baby essentials, and prepare for school moments. The role emphasizes strong customer service, brand expertise, and leadership to foster a welcoming store environment and drive sales. Evening and weekend availability is often required.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused representation for families from preemie to size 14
• Ability to lead and coach store team to meet goals
• Strong communication with customers and colleagues
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel and basic tech tools

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with product styles, features and benefits
• Maintain a welcoming, inclusive sales floor
• Lead assigned business focus area with planning and follow-through
• Perform Leader on Duty responsibilities to drive results and resolve issues timely
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and support to team
• Support Asset Protection and safety controls on the sales floor
