Job summary

Under Armour is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to provide exceptional customer service in our Kittery, ME store. You will assist customers, suggest clothing and footwear, stock the store, and handle front/back-of-house tasks including POS transactions and omni-channel requests.

The role requires a flexible schedule, basic English, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. This is an hourly, part-time position in a fast-paced retail environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old (or 18 in California).
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs./12 kg.
• Available to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Strong communication skills are required.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role.

Responsibilities

• Offer great customer service, from a sincere greeting to an efficient check out.
• Bring out the best in each customer by suggesting the right apparel and footwear.
• Share what you know and love about our products.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store.
• Work both front and back of store, including POS and payment processes.
• Deliver omni-channel requests through digital experience.
• Demonstrate collaboration within a team and in a fast-paced environment.
• Promote customer loyalty by educating customers about our Rewards program.
