Job summary

Rothy’s is seeking a Retail Ambassador in Pasadena, CA to represent the brand on the sales floor, delivering exceptional customer experiences and living our values. You’ll focus on creating meaningful connections with customers, driving sales through service, and supporting a welcoming store culture.

You will assist with limited operational tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly, including stock replenishment and merchandising. 18.57 USD per hour base pay with potential bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build genuine customer connections.
• Availability to work at least 16 hours/week with peak days (Fri–Sun + holidays) or similar.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Rothy’s Experience to every customer with best-in-class service and product knowledge.
• Drive personal sales and contribute to team goals.
• Engage in clienteling to build lasting relationships with customers.
• Support a welcoming, inclusive store culture and collaborative teamwork.
• Execute store operations including stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and cleanliness.
