Job summary

As a leader, you’ll coach associates on product knowledge, service standards, and omni-channel sales. You’ll manage a focused business area, respond to customer concerns, and foster safety, teamwork, and growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Become a product and brand expert to help families from preemie to size 14.
• Welcome customers with warm greeting and assist with product features.
• Lead and coach others to meet omni-channel service standards.
• Drive results in assigned business focus area through planning.
