Job summary

Oakley Los Cerritos is seeking a part-time Specialized Advisor to support the store management by driving superior sales behaviors, inspiring the team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You’ll help floor staff motivate the team to exceed sales targets, assist with operations, merchandising, and inventory, and you’ll be integral to opening/closing procedures when management is not present.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience in a specialized environment.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong sales experience with proven top results in individual sales.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team and interact effectively with others.

Responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador with brand knowledge and keep up to date with products.
• Establish connections with customers to maintain positive interactions.
• Uphold and execute customer service initiatives.
• Assist with processing, restocking merchandise, and inventory monitoring.
• Assist with floor movement, merchandising, and floor/warehouse cleanliness.
• Organize the warehouse with labeling and logical placement.
• Lead store opening and closing procedures when management is absent.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
