Oakley, part of EssilorLuxottica, seeks a part-time Specialized Advisor/Key Holder to drive sales and deliver an unmatched customer experience. You will support floor leadership, lead opening/closing when needed, and maintain merchandise flow with a focus on store standards and teamwork.

The role requires retail experience, flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and strong communication and sales skills. Compensation includes benefits and potential bonus/commission.

Qualifications

• Retail experience in a specialized environment is required.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong sales performance history.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Proficient with computers and cash registers.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Bilingual.
• Ability to move merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates brand knowledge and builds customer relationships.
• Motivates the team to exceed sales targets.
• Supports floor staff and adheres to company policies.
• Assists with processing, restocking, and inventory monitoring.
• Handles floor movement, merchandising, and floor/warehouse cleanliness.
• Organizes warehouse labeling and placement.
• Leads store opening/closing in management's absence.
• Executes other tasks from management.
