Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. in McAllen, TX is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life and create an amazing shopping experience for every guest.

You are the face of our company, love the products, and are passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest. You will engage guests, educate them on AE & Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people and delivering great guest experiences.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Previous retail experience is a plus; customer-focused mindset preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make tailored recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policies.
