Job summary

Renewal by Andersen in Lenexa, KS seeks part-time Brand Ambassadors to engage customers in-store and drive participation in our sweepstakes. You will discuss home window and door concerns and connect homeowners with Design Consultants for guaranteed pricing.

This role offers a base hourly wage of $15, with bonuses and paid training, and a very flexible schedule across 2–6 shifts weekly. Transportation to events may be required.

Qualifications

• Part-time hours and shifts (10:00–14:00 and 14:00–18:00) Tue–Sun.
• Base pay plus bonuses and paid training; flexible scheduling.
• Role involves in-store outreach to generate interest and set appointments.

Responsibilities

• Approach customers in-store to promote the window/door sweepstakes.
• Qualify homeowner interest and arrange visits for Design Consultants.
• Support sales team by scheduling appointments and maintaining a friendly, professional presence.
