Qualifications

• Experience engaging with fans at events or promotions.

• Reliable transportation to events across the Columbus market.
• Passion for soccer or live events is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent the club at community events, festivals, and activations.
• Create high-energy interactions to introduce fans to the team.
• Act as a knowledgeable brand ambassador at all times.
• Execute street team activations and local festivals.
• Actively collect fan information through sign-ups and contests.
• Educate fans on benefits of joining the club's database.
• Ensure data is captured accurately and in compliance with guidelines.
• Distribute promotional materials and run fan experiences.
• Support interactive elements such as games and photo opportunities.
• Help grow the club's presence across the market with diverse audiences.
• Provide field feedback on fan reactions and opportunities.
• Other duties as assigned.
