Renewal by Andersen is seeking outgoing marketers to join our Retail & Event Marketing Team in the Twin Cities area. This part-time role offers in-store interaction, appointment setting, and paid training, with earnings based on base pay plus commission.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• You're a true people person.
• Motivated to help build the RBA footprint.
• Dedicated and dependable team player.
• Must be available a minimum of 18 hours per week, including a combination of weekday and weekend hours.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Talk to prospective customers in the store and book appointments for a no cost appointment with a Renewal by Andersen window expert.
• Work on-site at premier retail locations and represent the product and brand.
• Complete paid training and follow up with the team for next steps and feedback.
