Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Destin, FL is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store. You will provide an amazing shopping experience, educate guests on products, and promote the AEO loyalty program.

Ideal candidates are energetic, enjoy interacting with people, and have prior retail experience. You should be 16 years or older and available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to engage with customers in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to learn product details and make suggestions to fit customer needs.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and loyalty programs.
• Assist across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following store policy.
• Support team to get the job done with integrity.
