In this role, you will create an amazing shopping experience by engaging with customers and promoting brand loyalty. Ideal candidates are energetic, love interacting with people, and have retail experience. Responsibilities include using the AEO Selling Model, educating guests about products, and assisting the team in various store zones. Availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Engage customers using the AEO Selling Model.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program to guests.
• Flexibly work across various store zones.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns.
• Assist the team to complete tasks efficiently.
• Adhere to AEO's policies and procedures.
