Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Ann Arbor is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store and deliver an amazing shopping experience. You are the face of our company and will represent our values with energy and authenticity.

You’ll engage guests using the AEO Selling Model, educate them on AE & Aerie products, promote the loyalty program and flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom to meet guest needs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Part-time schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Retail experience is a plus and helpful for guest interactions.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model with a friendly, 'friends first' approach.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make personalized recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Collaborate with team to ensure a positive, energetic store environment.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
